I’ve know Mike for a few years mostly from being a cabin leader at summer camps. He was a speaker with his buddy Mike (yes, both were Mike’s, made it easy to remember their names) and built a great rapport with the kids at camp. When he Facebook’ed me and asked if I would be willing to shoot his wedding I could not resist. We had a pre-wedding meeting at the location of the wedding where I met Jenna for the first time. We walked around the park and talked about the wedding when I saw just how lucky Mike was to have found his bride and was ready to tie the knot. Once we made the arrangements I contacted a fellow photographer and asked if he would like to be the second shooter. I describe the location and the couple and he said “Let’s do it”. The day of the wedding turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year but the hot temperatures could not put a damper on this wedding day. Everyone worked together to make this day a very special day for Jenna and Mike.
